Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our international team of recruiters! As a coordinator, you will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, as well as establishing relationships with candidates and assisting them with their job search.

Main responsibilities:
■ Managing the flow of candidates throughout the recruiting phases
– Creating and translating job postings
– Sourcing candidates on multiple job boards
– Handling the in-house application tracking system
– Scheduling and conducting interviews
– Creating reports, proofreading resumes, etc.
– Taking care of visa procedures, tax paperwork and other HR functions for temp employees

■ Responsible for job advertising
– Organizing meetings with career site vendors
– Updating website, blog, newsletter and social media
– Researching a variety of methods to generate candidates (career fair events, promotional campaigns, etc.)
