Job Description

【Job Description】
This position will be in charge of translation, interpreting and all other tasks related to visa applications, such as data input and document checks, etc., for one of the leading travel companies in the industry.

+ Mainly preparing and checking documents needed for the application of visas for overseas assignments and short-term business travel.
+ Check and translate documents in Arabic.
+ Request for missing documents or the correction of submitted documents.
+ Contacting and confirming with corporate client’s representatives, applicants and agencies.
+ Schedule management from application to visa acquisition, data entry, etc.
+ Depending on the amount of work, sometimes supporting applications other than Arabic ones will be requested (preparing application documents, coordinating interviews for visa acquisition, etc.)
