Required :

  • 日本語・韓国語がビジネスレベル(必須)でかつ中国語か英語がビジネスレベルであること
    ※英語はTOEIC700点以上
    ※上記以外の言語含めて3か国語以上 読み・書き・会話ができるかた優遇します
  • Must be able to work overtime during peak times (March, April, July, August and September)
  • Management experience

Prefered :

  • Language abilities (including reading and writing) on top of those stated above
  • Proficient IT skills (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) in order to produce orientation materials for residents and information materials for universities and businesses
  • Driving licence
Working Conditions

Contractual overwork per month : 20h

Hours

9:30 to 18:30 with 1:00 break

Salary ¥3,200,000 ~ 4,600,000 / year
Compensation

Commuting and travel expenses

Job Description

Comprehensive support for foreign nationals
Assisting before, during and after moving-in. For example, handing over keys, setting-up utilities, phone and internet contracts, helping if problems occur while moving in, etc.

Coordinating with existing customers (universities and corporations)
Meeting with coordinators of universities with a large number of foreign students or of companies employing foreign staff.

Spot support services
For example orientation, assistance with administrative procedures such as resident registration, etc.

Administrative work
Preparing quotations and invoices

Dealing with sales staff
From for example cleaning companies, maintenance companies, property management companies, etc.
