Hours

09:00~18:00(Break time 12:00~13:00 1H, 8H actual working hours) 
Overtime estimated to be0~20H / month

Days Off

Weekends, Holidays *based on Company Calendar

Salary ¥2,500 / hour
Compensation

Job Description

You will be responsible for the following duties within the Corporate Planning Department.
1️⃣Assistance for executive officers: arranging internal and external meetings, dealing with visitors, and handling advance payments.
2️⃣IR/SR department operations: arranging internal and external meetings, dealing with visitors (issuing admission passes), checking  disclosure materials in English, etc., distribution of analyst reports/report registration/storage on shared server, data organization (analyst report numbers), (internal and external site) update procedures (file upload), email newsletter/LINE distribution, payment processing
3️⃣Corporate Planning Department duties: Coordinating board meeting schedules, confirmation of English documents, meeting general affairs (circulation of minutes with seals, venue setup preparations), event management table updates (board of directors, management committee), group officer list updates, non-consolidated expenses data collection and extraction, reporting data collection from other companies in the same industry, payment processing
