Required

Hours

・ Discretionary labor and management / supervisory positions: How to carry out work assuming that you have worked for 8 hours,
The time allocation including the start and end times is left to the worker's decision.

・ Generally, working time is from 9:30 to 18:30
Days Off

完全週休2日制（土・日・祝日）

Salary ¥5,000,000 ~ 7,000,000 / year
Compensation

Annual income of about 5 to 7 million yen * Experience, ability, and salary of previous job will be considered.

The monthly salary for each work style includes the following allowances. In addition, extra wages will be paid for overtime / midnight work that exceeds the specified hours.
・ General employment: 30 hours of overtime allowance
・ Discretionary labor: 20 hours of midnight allowance
・ Management supervisor: A position allowance of 100,000 yen, which is equivalent to late-night work

Job Description

[Main]
・ Progress management and coordination work in general
┗ Cooperate with outsourced translation companies, in-house translators, and internal and external development teams to manage projects so that projects proceed smoothly.

Mainly, quotation of localization costs and creation of schedule.
Selection of translation company / language test company, question and answer from contractors and in-house development team, proposal of efficient work flow, contract / ordering / payment processing, etc.
If necessary, you will also perform final confirmation of translation and test play on the actual machine.

┗ In order to realize more efficient and higher quality localization, you will provide localization guidance and consulting work to the development team at the start of the project and through daily work activities.
