Job Description
Currently hiring front desk responsible in hotel in Kyoto area for foreign tourists and planning to open in July 2019!
We are aiming to build an international working environment with staff of different nationalities.
You would be mainly responsible of foreign customers.
Main tasks (Japanese & English):
– Customer support
– Check-in/check-out procedures
– Reservations (including reservations by telephone)
– Provide information (rooms, surrounding area, etc.)
– Data management
– Handling claims, etc.
You would be able to start working from June 2019.
Depending on your experience, you might have the chance to be promoted to hotel manager position soon!
