Job Description

We are looking for customer support responsible for inbound tourists.
You would be in charge of making travel reservations, answer inquiries from foreign tourists and manage customers data.
No experience in CS necessary. 
Requirements: English & Japanese business level or above. 

成田・羽田空港の送迎や観光ハイヤー、サプライズ演出やムスリム観光客の方々へのカスタマーサービスを行う会社にて、訪日観光客、旅行者からの電話受付、旅行企画サポート、国内、海外からのハイヤー利用についてのお問い合わせ対応をして頂くお仕事です。

・電話対応（日本語・英語）
・メール対応
・各種書類作成
・伝票データ入力作業
