- Customer service or related experience dealing with directly with customers (including part time experience during studies)

Working Conditions

※入社日は毎月1日と15日予定

残業代:別途支給
賞与:年2回
年2回の評価で認められれば昇給のチャンスあり。
家賃補助:本人名義の賃貸借契約書必須等の条件あり、上限2万円まで
     ※入社後、規定確認の上、申請制
通勤手当別途支給 月額上限4万円

Hours

Shift system including weekends and holidays
Morning shift: 7:00~16:00 / Middle shift: 9:00~18:00/Late shift: 13:00~22:00  
5 days/week (1hour break, 8hrs actual working time)

*No night shifts
*It is necessary to be able to start working at 7:00am so please make sure that your location allows this considering the location of all branches within the Kansai area.

Overtime: Depending on the season and situation there may be overtime. Estimated to be 10 hours per month

Job Description

■ As a receptionist, you would be mainly responsible for:

– Welcoming guests
– Check-in/check-out procedures
– Managing reservation and customers data
– Provide information and guidance regarding rooms, surrounding area, etc.

Depending on your experience and skills, you may have the chance to be promoted to hotel manager.

[Schedule example]

7:00~ Early shift starts – Writing of cleaning report
9:00~ Middle shift starts
~11:00 Check-out, providing sightseeing information (transportation・taxi reservation, etc.)
13:00- Late shift starts – Front team meeting (confirm current status)
     Inspection (confirmation that cleaning has been finished by the cleaning staff),
Preparation for check-ins (room assignment, card key creation, etc)
15:00- Check-in, provide tourist related information, etc.
16:00 Early shift ends
18:00 Middle shift ends
22:00 End of the late shift and closing of the register
*There are also early check-ins and late check-outs
