Working Conditions

オフィス内禁煙。(喫煙エリアあり)

Hours

シフト制(実働8時間、休憩1時間)※月5日間程度の夜勤あり。詳細は下記をご覧下さい。

シフト例:7:00~16:00、14:00~23:00、22:00~7:00、23:00~8:00など。
ホテル・状況により異なります。

【夜勤】スタッフにもよりますが、月に5日間程度の夜勤があります。
夜勤の割合は応相談ですが、夜勤が全くできない方のご応募はご遠慮ください。

Days Off

年間休日:115日 
有給休暇:入社日より10日間付与(入社月によって変動有)

Salary ¥245,000 ~ 268,000 / month
Compensation

賞与込みで想定年収は340万円~375万円程度(別途住宅手当あり)
賞与:有(年2回、※会社の業績により支給)
昇給:有(年2回、※個人の評価、能力による)
・残業代は別途全額実費支給(シフト制の為、残業はほとんどありませんが、退勤時刻前後に対応が入っている場合、
場合によって対応が終わるまで就業していただくことがあります。)

Job Description

Creating the type of hotel where customers can enjoy their time and spend their time comfortably by taking care of all aspects of the hotel.

Focusing on front operations, you will learn about customer service and be involved in hotel operations in a multi-tasking manner, including administrative tasks, event planning and proposal, and staff training and guidance.

We are looking for a team member that, while engaging in everyday work, can propose his ideas of how to create a unique hotel that can bring joy to its guests.

【Main tasks】
+ Reception work, information, etc., customer service as front staff
+ Event planning and proposal
+ Responding to online comments, etc.
+ Checking equipment inventory, making orders
+ Data entry in various systems
+ Staff training, guidance, etc.
