Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our global sales team! As a consultant, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with clients and advise them on best practices for hiring candidates for their open positions.

Main responsibilities: 
–  Visiting clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs
–  Communicating with current and prospective clients to develop strong relationships
–  Coaching candidates throughout the interview process 
–  Organizing and attending interviews between candidates and clients 
–  Negotiating job offers, finalizing contract conditions and renewals
–  Serving as point of contact for temp employees
