Hours

9:00~18:00(昼休憩1時間:実働8時間)

※雇⽤会社、職種によってはフレックスタイム制が適⽤となります。
(コアタイム無、フレキシブル時間7:00〜21:00、

休憩1時間、標準始業時刻9時、標準終業時刻18時)


Days Off

118日もしくは115日(配属部署により異なる)

Salary ¥200,000 ~ 350,000 / month
Compensation

月収20万~35万円(年収350万円~700万円)

Job Description

A major real estate group that deals with a wide range of businesses, including real estate management and recently hotel management operations. After joining the company, you will go around departments and engage in various projects within the group as a comprehensive job.

As a generalist, you won’t only be doing one job, you will be training as a future executive.

For example…

・Real estate consulting

After gaining enough experience as a real estate professional, you will use this knowledge to give the best options and advices to corporations and individuals in terms of acquiring, repairing, managing and investing properties.

As an example, store developments of chain restaurants.

・New hotel management

To rebuild buildings and facilities into hotels, to respond to the growing demand of inbound customers, while making use of land for hotel construction and management.
As well as tying-up with corporations in South East Asia, to make us the leading travel hotel related industry in the world.

・Real estate facility management

Take control of a building/real estate’s management and operations.
Taking advantage of management skills cultivated in Japan, we have tied up with companies overseas and have worked on facility management in various countries.

・Aid in improving workflows

Develop satellite offices while putting your real estate know hows to place.
Include a kid’s station to give working moms a nice atmosphere to work.
Approach problems of Japanese corporations offices.
