Job Description

Multilingual contact center operator
・ Interpretation of conversation between Japanese and foreigners
・ Interpretation of native staff working at overseas call centers
・ Email translation, etc.
Mainly interpretation and email translation for inquiries regarding transportation, stores, medical facilities, public institutions, etc. using telephones and video equipment.

Mainly inbound work such as basic interpretation and translation,
Depending on the situation, you may be asked to perform outbound business (*).
* Questionnaire survey, consent to send materials, acquisition of sales appointments, etc.
