Job Description
We are seeking a Supervisor (SV) to manage the operations of our team and act as a liaison between our clients and our team. In this role, you will not only oversee the work and attendance of our staff but also handle client-facing tasks. This is a position where you can develop your skills through responsibilities such as creating daily and monthly reports, and leading meetings.
You will be joining a team that provides various customer support services, including those for e-commerce sites, web services, and game applications. Your primary responsibilities will involve bridging the gap between our operational staff and our clients. This will involve communicating client requests in English daily and managing the team for optimal efficiency.
Communication will be in both English and Japanese. While the primary language used within the company and with operational staff is Japanese, you will be translating Japanese to English and vice versa when interacting with clients.

Your responsibilities will include translating requests and shared information from clients from Japanese to English for the staff, and managing the team to improve the quality of services to meet the standards required by Japanese companies.
You will be primarily managing a team of operational staff working from different locations, including Tokyo, Fukuoka, and the Philippines. Daily communication will be conducted through online tools such as Skype and Google Meet, requiring you to utilize both English and Japanese for smooth workflow.
