【Necessary Skills】
+ English: Fluent (Spoken English is required for interpreting,doing negotiations, etc. Written English is required for chat and e-mail correspondence)
+ Japanese Business intermediate level or higher (reading, writing and speaking skills)
+ Word (basic operation, document creation, etc.), Excel (input)
- At least 5 years office work experience
- Able to work on different shifts, including night shifts (it is not possible to work only night shifts or only day shifts)

【Preferred skills】
+ Experience in customer support using email and chat
+ Basic knowledge of radio engineering and radio communication equipment is a plus (not required as training will be provided)

Working Conditions

派遣社員(長期契約予定)※基本的に2~6か月毎の更新

Hours

Weekdays: 8:30‐16:30/15:30‐22:30/22:00~9:00/9:30‐17:30
Weekends: 8:30‐21:00/20:30~9:00 (3~5 times/week)
Average monthly working hours: 120~155
For a 6-person team in charge of overseas, the annual average is 140-144 hrs per month

Salary ¥2,100 ~ 2,300 / hour
Compensation

日勤時給:1~2年目¥2,100~2,300
     3年目~¥2,400


普通残業および深夜勤務時給:(1~2年目)¥2,625~¥2,875
深夜残業時時給:(1~2年目)¥3150~3,450
(交通費:別途支給、上限規定あり)

月給例:1~2年目(月々約27万円~37万円程度)、3年目(月々約31万円~40万円程度)
※夜勤などの回数やシフトにより変わる為、給与例は参考金額としてご参照ください。

Job Description

Our company is famous as one of Japan’s largest multi-channel digital satellite broadcasting, and its space business division provides satellite communication services covering Japan, all of Asia, Oceania, Russia, the Middle East, Hawaii, and North America. To ensure that our clients have trouble-free use of our satellite systems for conferences, Wi-Fi, etc., we coordinate and troubleshoot satellite line locations, handle testing for new applications, and provide general support.
Most of our clients are from overseas, including countries such as the U.S., Korea, India, and Taiwan.

【Main Activities】
+ Management and operator services for satellite line use
 (monitoring and control of conditions, management of communication performance, and operations for management of transponder use)
+ Support for line setup, troubleshooting and restoration in case of failure
+ Mail, Chat and Telephone support
+ Various tester operations
+ Interpretation (During the on-the-job training period, we may ask you to interpret or translate chat content for overseas clients regarding their problems when they are trained by a Japanese person)
+ Establishment of the line operation system, conducting drills and training of operators (In the future, we may ask for on-the-job training for newcomers)
+ Research and information gathering on technologies and products related to circuit operation
+General operations

The team you will be joining belongs to the customer support department that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and whose team members are people of various ages and nationalities.
