Working Conditions

Annual income of about 3.5 to 5 million yen (* Negotiable depending on experience and ability)

* The monthly salary for each work style includes the following allowances. In addition, extra wages will be paid for overtime / midnight work that exceeds the specified hours.
・ General employment: 30 hours of overtime allowance
・ Discretionary labor: 20 hours of midnight allowance
・ Management supervisor: A position allowance of 100,000 yen, which is equivalent to late-night work
Hours

9: 30-18: 30 (Discretionary labor system may be applied depending on job title)
Days Off

2 days off a week (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
Year-end and New Year leave, annual paid leave (up to 10 days in the first year), prenatal and postnatal leave, menstrual leave, condolence leave, disaster leave, long-term work leave (every 5 years of service), etc.
