Working Conditions

週5日(土日含むシフト制) ※勤務希望曜日相談可、週3日~でも相談可

Hours

7:00~16:00 実働8時間【休憩60分】 ※7:00~12:00までの短時間でも相談可

Days Off

週休2日 

Salary ¥1,400 ~ 1,600 / hour
Compensation

経験・スキルに応じて考慮  +交通費一日500円支給

Job Description

Customer support position for arranging domestic /  international flights, shinkansen reservations, etc.   

You will have the chance to work for an important online travel agency which is rapidly growing.  

Tasks description:

– Respond to inquiries / provide information to customers abroad / within Japan
– Telephone support (mainly incoming calls: 80% in Japanese, 20% in English)
– Email support
– Data input / reservations arrangement related tasks etc.
