Requirements
・Those who has either call center experience, sales or customer service experience
・Those who can communicate in both Japanese and English
・English business advanced level or higher
・Japanese Native Level
・Those who can operate basic Excel/Word (beginner to intermediate level)
*Since many of the tools are PC-based, general PC operation skill is required.

Character profile and preferred skills
・Able to understand the other person's intentions and communicate smoothly
・Those who can respond to conversations in a lively manner.
・Those who have the stress tolerance for call center work.
・Those who can abide by the dress code of the center
・Those who can abide by our company's fever rules and notifications regarding tardiness, etc.

Working Conditions

派遣契約(長期)  (初回契約予定期間のみ1か月で以降3か月更新)

Hours

通常シフト 8:50~17:00(休憩60分 実働7時間10分)
週4~5日(業務習得後は週3日勤務も相談可)

Days Off

シフト制による週休2日以上

Salary ¥1,400 / hour
Compensation

1400円/H
交通費別途実費支給(上限10,000円/月)
