Job Description

Would you like to use your hospitality skills at the Tourist Information Center?

At the Tourist Information Center and the station’s ticket gates, you will be responsible for concierge duties to make our customers’ journeys more comfortable and enjoyable.

Job Responsibilities:

Support customers with multilingual assistance: Provide guidance and tourist information to all customers, both Japanese and international, within the station premises.

Smart ticket support: Assist and sell limited express tickets at the information counter, supporting customers with their travel planning.

Enhance the station atmosphere with multilingual announcements: Deliver station announcements in English and Chinese based on provided manuals, welcoming our international guests.

Ensure a smooth ride on limited express trains: Verify and check limited express tickets at the train doors to ensure a seamless boarding experience for passengers.

Additionally, you will be entrusted with other essential duties as a station concierge.
