There are many reasons why people love Japan, let’s remember some of them.

Japanese Nature

Everyone who traveled in Japan would agree that Japan has a stunning nature along with historical locations. Every prefecture has it’s famous touristic places and special “the most delicious” food. But you often can find pamphlets in Portuguese, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, French and sometimes Russian languages.

Omotenashi (Japanese style service)

Japanese service is very famous all over the world for its high quality and perfectionism. It’s not only Japanese being too polite or offering incredible customer service, but also how they pack your goods. Almost every shop packs our purchase in a beautiful box or packaging. Especially if it is a present they will offer you some variations or packaging to choose from. Additionally, department stores and shopping malls often offer special services for guests and point cards. There are a lot of tax-free stores for tourists. Recently the retail industry hires English and Chinese speakers to give the best experience to their customers. Long explanations and instructions in pictures in stores, Ward Offices, stations, and products. Jidohanbaiki or Vending Machines with hot and cold drinks everywhere in the country. Sometimes you can find Vending Machines with snacks or ice cream, tobacco, hygiene goods for women in the public bathrooms of shopping centers. In past years Japan started getting ready for the Tokyo Olympics 2020. All the transport has English, Chinese and Korean titles.

Japanese traditions

Japanese have a lot of fascinating for foreigners traditions. Everyone knows Japanese Tea ceremony where you prepare powdered Matcha tea and present it to another guest. Following the ceremony rules and traditions makes you feel like you traveled in past to old Japan.

Beautiful decorations

Doesn’t matter what time of a year but Japanese will always find the reason for beautiful decorations. Spring is associated with Sakura season, therefore all the decorations look like cherry blossom, shops and convenient stores sell limited editions sakura cakes, puddings, and drinks. Department stores offer special spring campaign with sakura theme and stores in Sakura location offer cherry blossom sparkling wine. When Sakura season is over everybody is getting ready for Golden Week and summer time. Here come Japanese carps and Hanabi theme products and campaigns. Summer has a lot of Matsuri, therefore, all the products are oriented on this happy summer season, especially travel agencies, alcohol products, and clothes. After summer season stores start selling Halloween and fall products. Also one of the most beautiful seasons in Japan with red maple, chestnut, and pumpkin on every product or food. Right after Halloween, stores replace it with Christmas decorations, illumination in the season takes over. Don’t forget about Valentine’s Day and the chocolate promotions all around the country.

Matsuri and Hanabi

As you know, Japanese love Hanabi (fireworks) and Matsuri (festivals). Mikoshi festivals, people wearing cute yukatas (summer lite kimono), trips to the beach and fireworks across all Japan.

Responsive and helpful people

Japanese are very helpful, even if they some people refuse to help because they don’t speak English many people try to help. If you are lost or look confused most of the people in Japan will ask you if you need a help. Some people even try to speak English or make a call for you if it’s necessary. Some of them even check the trains app to help you to get on the right train.
