Job Description

【Main activities】

① This position is in charge of general affairs in the department related to investments.
+ Data input
+ Correspondence in English
+ Handling phone calls
+ Handling visitors
+ Various kinds of documents
+ Others

② Writing the English minutes of meetings (you will take part in meetings with our overseas business partners).

③ Facilitating English communication within the various groups of the company.
Since there are several foreign staff members at our company, you will be asked to support them on their work as needed.

*It is not necessary to have previous knowledge of experience related to investments but it is expected that you will learn the related vocabulary while you work.
*The percentage of English and Japanese usage is expected to be 50/50.
