※本職種については、オファーさせていただく金額に応じて、一般職/裁量労働職/管理監督職のいずれかの勤務形態となり、当該勤務形態毎の月額給には、30時間分の時間外手当/20時間分の深夜手当/深夜勤務相当額とする10万円の役職手当が含まれます(規定の時間を超える時間外勤務/深夜勤務についての割増賃金は追加で支給)。

Job Description

This is an IR position for a big game company famous for its mobile games not only in Japan but also in Singapore, Philippines, US, China, etc. 
You would be in charge of Investor Relations tasks. 
You would be also involved in the promotion of overseas business development and corporate planning.

Main tasks:
– Creating documents in English for investors (financial results brief, instructional materials, timely disclosure, business documents)
– Meetings with overseas institutions, analysts and investors
– Answering inquiries from overseas
– Visiting investors abroad 2-3 times a year
– Supporting domestic IR institutions

*Depending on your aptitude, you might be assigned to support other departments as well:
– Promotion of overseas business development/alliances
– Analyzing M&A projects

This is a position wherein you will be required to work closely with department heads, officers and management planning teams.
