Job Description
As a partner in the expansion to the Japanese market of a payment service company of foreign capital, this account manager position will be in charge of realizing the client’s vision by connecting the client with the team, as well as cooperating with the various managers to ensure a successful execution.
【About this position】
As a partner for our client, a unicorn foreign company in the Fintech industry, you will be in charge of the ensuring the client’s success in the Japanese market.
Within that frame, this position of account manager is in charge of accurately understanding the client’s needs and devising appropriate solutions.
【Detailed Job Description】
+ Account management: Create new client partnerships to strengthen and maintain existing ones
+ Create new concepts, integrate the values and ideas from our company with those from the clients
+ Develop budget plans and prepare the necessary proof for billing
+ Tasks related to billing processing, contracts and all processes related to the clients
+ Creating documents and presentations to support the decision making in client negotiations, as well as making proposals to new clients
+ Building rapport to balance the client’s needs and the business unit’s situation
+ Tasks related to internal coordination of project and operation managers for new projects and operations
+ Localization of the client’s particular policies (from basic law related regulations to specific procedures)
+ Maintain and improve the operations environment, as well as reacting to irregular situations appropriately
