③12:00~21:00
④21:00~8:30(next day)(there is a late-night premium allowance)
*Regarding night shifts, for dispatch staff they are a very rare occurrence

Job Description

【Main Duties】
+ Interpreting between Japanese and foreign nationals
+ Interpreting for Call Center staff working overseas
+ Mail translation, etc.
Mainly translation of emails, interpreting of calls/video calls regarding inquiries about transportation methods, stores, medical facilities, public institutions, etc.

Other tasks may be assigned when the number of calls decreases, such as outbound tasks (surveys, requesting documentation, making sales appointments, etc.), creation and translation of mails, documents, and reports.
